2011 SLH recommended the Hawai‘i State Foundation on Culture and the Arts convene a working group to address the following governance topics: the best placement of the agency in State government; the development of a new strategic plan, an examination of the agency’s infrastructure; and recommendations for the future sustainability of the agency.
