HiSAM Open Saturday, October 28, 2017

A closure of the building had been planned for the No. 1 Capitol District Building on Saturday, October 28, 2017. That closure has now been cancelled and the museum will be open on Saturday, October 28, 2017, from 10:00 am – 4:00 pm.

The No. 1 Capitol District Building, the state government office building which houses the Hawaii State Art Museum and the State Foundation on Culture and the Arts offices, Artizen café, and HiSAM Gallery Shop, will be closed on Saturday, October 28, 2017. The entire building will be closed for the day. The museum is scheduled to reopen on Tuesday, October 31, 2017.
