  • Public Access Room – free, nonpartisan information, facilities, and services to participate in the legislative process: lrb.hawaii.gov/par.
  • Hawaiʻi State Public Library – provides computers with internet access so you can view live and on-demand video of hearings and floor sessions; WiFi access, available inside and outside all public library branches; assistance in connecting to a hearing; and resources to research policies.   • Hawaiʻi Arts Alliance (HAA) – nonprofit arts advocacy organization: HawaiiArtsAlliance.org. HAA posts action alerts on their social media and email newsletter.
