State Foundation on Culture and the Arts (SFCA) Contractors shall grant a royalty-free, non-exclusive, and irrevocable license to the State of Hawai‘i to publish, reproduce, deliver, perform, use, and dispose of any item or product produced in whole or in part under Agreement, including works of art, music, films, plays, poems, compositions, reports, stories, and essays.
Project partners and grantees are required to provide due recognition that their projects are supported by the Hawai‘i State Foundation on Culture and the Arts (SFCA), through appropriations from the Legislature of the State of Hawai‘i or grants from the National Endowment for the Arts (NEA), as applicable, in all public communications, including news releases, public statements, announcements, broadcasts, posters, programs, and other publicity.
