Public testimony is an important part of the legislative process! The legislature has resources online, including workshops and tutorials through the Legislative Reference Bureau’s Public Access Room. The Hawaiʻi Arts Alliance, Hawaiʻi’s statewide arts advocacy organization, provides information on legislation to watch.
