Outreach Initiative Program Fiscal Year 2026 applications for organizations are open Monday, March 3 – Monday, April 14, 2025 (5:00 p.m. HST).
The State Foundation on Culture and the Arts Outreach Initiative Program supports access to artistic and cultural engagement opportunities for rural and underserved communities through regional and statewide touring and outreach activities. The applicant must be a nonprofit 501(c)3 arts and culture organization. The University of Hawaiʻi arts, culture, and humanities departments and divisions are eligible. The grant supports activities beginning July 1, 2025, through June 30, 2026.
