Survey

Hawaiʻi artists, cultural practitioners, educators, and others invested in arts and culture in Hawaiʻi are invited to participate in a stakeholder survey. GUILD Consulting is working with the Hawai‘i State Foundation on Culture and the Arts (SFCA) in developing their next five-year strategic plan. The feedback you provide by participating in this survey will be very valuable in that effort, and we want to assure you that your responses will be treated with the utmost confidentiality and anonymity. Your name and any identifying information will be kept strictly confidential, and your individual responses will not be disclosed. Take the survey online: SurveyMonkey.com/r/HawaiiSFCA.
