The State of Hawaiʻi 2025 legislative session officially opened January 15, 2025. Join Hawaiʻi Arts Alliance Executive Director Gaye Humphrey and SFCA Executive Director Karen Ewald for a series of online presentations: “Understanding the Legislative Process: Civic Engagement in the Arts”.

Public testimony is an important part of the legislative process! The legislature has resources online, including workshops and tutorials through the Legislative Reference Bureau’s Public Access Room.
